Firozabad (UP), Sep 16 (IANS) An administration grade teacher has been condemned to 20 years in jail by the court of extra region and meetings judge for physically attacking an eight-year-old kid, a long time back.

The court has likewise forced a fine of Rs 30,000 of which a portion of the sum would go to the kid.

As indicated by a FIR, the attack occurred on May 14, 2015, when Vijendra Buddy Singh supposedly took the kid to the school’s rooftop and mishandled him.

After the kid’s family held up a grievance, a FIR was enrolled against the instructor at the Narkhi police headquarters under IPC segments 377 (unnatural offenses), 507 (criminal terrorizing) and segments of the Security of Youngsters from Sexual Offenses Act.

Singh took steps to “beat and kill” the youngster if he really felt compelled to illuminate anybody about the occurrence, according to the FIR.

The casualty’s dad had said in his protest that they got to be aware of the attack after the youngster’s wellbeing began crumbling.
