Potkin had a plan of knocking the 1935 house and restoring the place with a lighted tennis court.

He filed with the city show about keeping 6360 North Bay Road, replacing the waterfront house next door with amenity courts, a new 1,316-square-foot cabana, a children’s playground, and open space.
